 Oil stocks and oil-drilling stocks should be higher here on that inventory number and the futures numbers. I am convinced that Dan Dicker's view makes a ton of sense, as there seems to be an endless bid coming from the ETFs and the pension plans and hedge funds trying to get their fill. But the action today in the stocks seems to suggest pause. That's what TopGun Rick Bensignor is saying, and he has been red hot. That's also what Occidental, the most sensitive of the plays, is saying to me, and Tranoscean is barely up. That's a binary play, and to see it barely up implies, inevitably, a hammering.
