The "action" is dynamite. That is, of course, if you are in Apple. The action is not dynamite if you are in Research In Motion. Fabulous action if you're in Abbott Laboratories, terrible action is you are in Honeywell. Fantastic if you are in Pepsi, miserable if you are in Qualcomm or Visa. That's what happens at this stage of the cycle. You get some good, because the vicious stage of the decline is ending, but you get some bad, because the companies truly affected by the reversion in jobs get hammered. Makes sense when you think about it. Mixed. Of course there are outliers: Weak dollar plays that worked. Apple as always it leads us out of any decline. I had been Street-high with my $264 price target on Apple, but today this guy, Maynard Um from UBS, takes his price target to $265! The guts of him!...
