We are seeing a nice comeback in the Latin names on the heels of the Mexican election.
That, plus the potential for the end of rate hikes, has led many of the more solid names, like American Movil and Cemex, to go back toward their highs.
One place, though, that still has room to run, I believe, is the place where the government is more pro-Western than just about any other place on the whole continent: Colombia.
When the markets tumbled after the May 10 Federal Reserve meeting, Colombia got hit so hard that the government actually changed the rules to make it easier for foreigners to invest in the country.
