Legg Mason and Eastman Chemical rally on upgrades. That doesn't happen in a real bear market. Fortune Brands has a good number and keeps rallying. Accredited Home Lenders actually rallies on the news the $15 deal will close, despite bogus press reports (unless the buyer, Lone Star, goes bust -- then all bets are off). Or how about how Thursday Foster Wheeler, Fluor, Jacobs,...
