With last night's election results emboldening the opposition, the fate of President Obama's health care reform is looking increasingly precarious. Investors, therefore, may need to rethink their ETF strategy for the sector and take advantage of the political environment. Concerned with the current state of the nation, citizens turned out in favor of the GOP.
