Foster Wheeler Can Ride Oil's Rise

Lots of the companies that got clocked with the oil move down are starting to come back. Foster Wheeler is a great example. This company has been in the doghouse forever, and I sense that it could embark upon one of those Joy Global/Bucyrus moves as the boiler market comes back -- hugely important -- and credit for big projects starts flowing again. I figured that with the compares so hard vs. the tail end of orders that were put in before things collapse, the backlog would be down and the earnings would be as much as halved. Instead, we get 71 cents vs. 88 cents, with lots of bad currency translation hurting the company. What excites me about the quarter is that some of the petro business that got canceled or put on hold is starting to come back, and that means we get the start...
